We Georgified the American pavilion…

The installation, done with Tekla Kighuradze, was part of a group exhibition Here at Home, While You Make Your Way hosted by Artvilla Garikula. The installation–which was quickly dubbed “Tekla and Nodo’s church” by some visitors–revolved around the themes of spirituality for sale. How one’s belief, faith, and religion are exploited to be sold back to them. The nature of our digital world translates tried and true methods to the realm of the pixel; where the believers, the faithful, and the religious all come together to practice–and engulf in–digital
spirituality.


The American Pavilion was constructed by Gregg             Fleishman for Artvilla Garikula.
